Return and Refund Policy

Our Policy: Once an order has been placed and shipped out, we will NOT issue a refund or make changes to the existing order. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is entered correctly with all proper abbreviations, street numbers, building, and/or apartment numbers. If an address is entered incorrectly, then shipped and accepted by someone else, we will NOT resend the product. If the package is returned to sender due to insufficient address information, we WILL issue a refund minus incurred shipping fees and NOT resend unless updated address information is provided by purchaser Via Website Or Email.
